By using this website you acknowledge that you agree to the terms and conditions. ‘We’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refers to Luxe Blooms. ‘You’ and ‘Your’ refers to you the customer, client, visitor or anyone browsing this website. All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.


Local Adelaide Delivery

It is your responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address and details are supplied. For business locations, please ensure the name of the business is supplied with the address. We cannot guarantee delivery times. However, we will try our best to fulfil any special requests if you contact us. If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will leave the flowers in a spot we deem safe enough to do so. If the arrangement is accepted by another person on the recipients’ behalf, we deem this to be delivered and accept no responsibility for the arrangement from this point onwards. If a delivery is unable to be completed due to incorrect address, locked gates, or no safe place, the arrangement will not be delivered and we will attempt to contact you to discuss. If a second delivery is required, we will charge an additional delivery fee of $15.00.

AUS Post Delivery

We offer two products which can be sent via AUS Post to anywhere in Australia. 

- 'INTERSTATE: Single Preserved Rose Box'

- 'INTERSTATE: Gift Box of 16 Preserved Roses'

All orders are express posted, with tracking number and require signature on delivery. Signature on delivery prevents the risk of stolen parcels off doorsteps. Orders are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery time is generally 2 days for major cities, but can take up to 6 days for rural areas and the Northern Territory.

For special occasions such as Valentine's Day, birthdays and anniversaries, we recommended having the flowers delivered to yourself (the buyer) ahead of time to give to the intended recipient yourself. This is because delivery is dependent on Australia Post and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. If you are not fussed what date the recipient receives their flowers, then we encourage you to write their name and address as the shipping details for an unexpected surprise in the mail!


Once flowers are received, it is up to the recipient to take the proper care (see ‘Flower Care’ page) required to maximize the flowers’ life span. Exposure to severe weather conditions, and more particularly extreme changes in temperature, can shorten the life span of flower arrangements immensely. In the unfortunate event that the rose colour you ordered is unavailable from the markets, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange an alternate colour or flower, or if you’d prefer – a refund. Ordering ahead of time (the sooner the better) is the best way to ensure you get exactly what you want. Every box of flowers we send out are made to order, and therefore are extremely fresh.

Refund/Replacement Policy

Local Delivery Fresh Roses

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your fresh flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving them so we can discuss the issue and various solutions. In the event that replacement flowers are required, the original box must be returned to hold the replacement flowers. 

If you require a refund before the delivery date due to change of mind, we will not refund the fees it cost us to process the payment. Generally fees are 2-6% of the order value, depending if you paid via credit card, PayPal, or AfterPay. 

Preserved Roses

We do not accept refunds or exchanges on change of mind purchases of preserved roses. All preserved roses are delivered in perfect condition. If you deem a preserved rose (or roses) in your box to be faulty, we require photo evidence and we will evaluate from there if an exchange of the faulty rose is necessary. 

AUS Post Delivery

For preserved roses sent via Australia Post, we will not accept any refunds or exchanges for change of mind. All boxes are in perfect condition at the time of shipment. In the unfortunate event that your preserved roses are damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving them to arrange an exchange. The damaged product must be returned and received before we will send out the replacement product. We do not offer refunds for damaged products, exchanges only.
